Norton Internet Security blocking images?

We're in the process of setting up a new ZC store for a client. They have Norton Internet Security on their computers, and have found that several of them are not displaying certain images - while others are, with (they say) the same configurations.

Norton Internet Securtity 2006
Internet Explorer 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp.050622-1524
OS Windows XP

The under construction site is austindiamondstore.com. We've done a fair bit of customization.

The images that they've reported as not displaying are the main logo in the upper left (http://austindiamondstore.com/includes/templates/AD/images/logo.gif) and the "larger image"s on the product pages. The second may be due to it opening a new window, but the first is on the same server and doesn't have any words in the path that NIS would be likely to block, like "banner" for instance.

Any other ideas as to why this might be happening?

Well I got rid of "Norton" shortly after Peter sold out....but

with (they say) the same configurations
If this is consistant, that the stations that can access, can always access, and those that can't, always can't. Then what they believe to be "identical" configurations are in fact not.

I would also look to browser settings, if using IE, try a temp install of FireFox on offending stations to see if it might be the IE settings. Also look to plugins/addons to IE and if this is consistant across all the stations.

If a Win network and large, this should be locked down via a GPO or the like and if not then they should go back to MSU(MicroSoft University).:laugh:
