Product features and Specifications.

I posted this in the "Ask A Question" page but I should really post it here.

I have a category of products each of which have standard specifications like length, height, weight etc. These are pureley used for display/information purposes only. Is there a way to easily enter this data - other than in the description field - so as it has a consistent format on the individual product page. The attributes controller seems to only relate to purchasing and seems a little inflexible.

So for example, if I were selling chainsaws, I would need to enter length, weight, power type etc for each. Data that I enter should always end up on that products page.

I guess it could be done via a WYSIWYG, but I'd prefer to have its own data entry area.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Matty

Use the Atrributes controller and set up a "Read Only" atrribute set.

Will this place my "Product Features" alongside all of the other attributes?
I would really like to seperate them so they appear in their own little area.

ALSO If every product has a slightly different size, then it looks like I have to go through the whole process of adding an option value which will end up on an enormous list with the other option values in the admin. There must be a simpler way to do this.

Thanks
