how do i create a sidebox like this

Can anyone tell me, how can i create a side box similar to this one attached, especially adding the divider.

To apply globally to all sideboxes find and add a

border-bottom: 1px solid #??????;

or to apply only to the categories box add the same to

#categoriesHeading
