Missing image file (1.3.5) in template_default

The following image file is missing from default template (/includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/small_view.gif)

This is not serious but does cause a missing image place holder on the customers Account page (/index.php?main_page=account)

Looking at includes/languages/english/button_names.php, it would seem that button is now defined with a different name:

define('BUTTON_IMAGE_VIEW_SMALL', 'button_view.gif');

and there doesn't seem to be any reference in any of the code or defines to 'small_view.gif'.

From the v 1.3.5 changelog:

/includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/small_view.gif (replaced by button_view.gif)

My mistake as I just checked and I was overriding the button_names.php file so I guess this will only affect upgrades then.
