Can Zencart do this

I recently installed the newest release of ZenCart.

I am currently up to here

Honestly I have no idea where to start.......need help immediately.

That site is not ZenCart...

Studying that page reveals the they are doing to roll over effect with javascript.

Can it be accomplished with the dynamic images in zencart? I will pay for someone to help me with this.....

In the Downloads Section, are a couple of different rollover addons.
