hi easy populate help

hi i try to install easy populate and i got the below reponse. i am a new to this stuff. what i need to do to fix this.

this is a fairly common permissions issue wrt your uploads (temp) folder - should be covered in the readme.txt file

hi i am new to this. ichecked all the text files coming with it but i didn't see exactly related thing over there do i need to change something in those files.

you need to ensure that your web server has write access to the temp folder - CHMOD 700 or 777.

where is the temp folder?
