Problem when 1 product in section

Hi,

When there are 0, or 2 or more products in a section, all is well.. However if there is one I get this message.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at ...index.php:117) in ...functions_general.php on line 81

(on the product listing page).

Any ideas?
