Disallow search in category

In zencart 1.2, I was able to block my customers from search a particular category by placing a statement in the file blk_advanced_search_result. Since this file no longer exists in 1.3+, how should I do this?

You might peek at the WHERE statements in the:
/includes/modules/pages/advanced_search_results/header_php.php

Note: this is not an overrideable file ... save your original as well as your customized file ...
