Hey guys,
I am trying to set up my product info page so that customers can choose between file types when they make a purchase. Right now, they have choice A and choice B in the downloads pulldown menu. Instead of defaulting to either one of those choices, I would like the pulldown menu to default to a blank choice. In other words, they will have to make a selection between the two before they make their purchase. I went into my Attributes options and included a "Select file type.." download option. Then I made it my default. However, customers are still allowed to Add to Cart with the "Select file type..."option. Which is something I definitely don't want. Is there a way to make the "select file type" download option, something that cannot be chosen? Thanks.
