Errors after transferring cart

I have just transferred a store and databse as per the directions in the article with the given title "I want to move my Zen Cart™ installation to another host or a different server" and everything seems to be working, except for the following 3 errors that are on the top of the shopping cart....

You need to upload the fix_cache_key.php file (get it from downloads->troubleshooting tools) to your server root and run it via your browser. Ignore any header errors when it runs. Then delete the file from your server.

Ok, I have the cart working now, except for when the user goes to checkout...just a blank page comes up....any help
