Ok Major Design Help needed...

1st ... i saw absolutely no threads in the are of this in customization that is why i am posting it here.....

I would like to do 3 things....

1st.... make my easy pages the top header and move the current header (with home link search etc etc.... just below it

 ex     EZ pages
         Header Bar

2 I would like to remove the header_bg all together... not just tge pic... the code that calls the pic ... I would like to keep the logo #3 will explain

3rd i want the shorten the with of both the easy pages and header bar so that i can float the logo to the left of it.....

it should look something like this

LOGO EZ PAge bar
"""""" Header bar

Rest of site

I look in the style sheet and think that is where i start......
cant find the code to remove the header_bg
not sure how to "float the logo" next to it....

I have flipped the tool bars.... great help thanks.... now i just need to move the logo next to them and errr..make them short.....

the diaper cakes logo I want on the left of the bars.... i tried float right everythig i could think of in the style sheet right... i could find no where the directions on size of the bars......that i think is what i need to chanege... thanks in advance.....
