larger product image

Hello, I'm new to Zen Cart, I've spent days reading this forum to solve this issue, and have everything where it belongs. (image.jpg, image_MED.jpg, and image-LRG.jpg in their respective folders, it is still not working, can anyone help me?

Well, if image-LRG.jpg is NOT just a typo, then that's your problem...should be image_LRG.jpg

To be honest, without a url, it's difficult to work out what problems you may have.

And I'd strongly recommend you install Image-Handler 2 which will solve most of the worries about file sizes, naming conventions and locations!

The img-MED.jpg was a typo, as you thought, I am using underscores. I'm not sure if we're using Image Handler 2, I didn't do the install (just a designer/prod person on this project).

You are not using Image Handler (and I recommend you install that), so if you are going to keep the medium image at those dimensions currently displayed, then you need to resize the image accordingly.

As you say, you have the images correctly named in the correct location, so the next step is to switch the template back to Classic and see if the problem still occurs.

The same issue occurred in Classic View. The systems guy is going to work on it, hopefully add Image Handler2.

It's possible that a file didn't completely upload - as the incorporation of IH overwrites some of the image display files, then it might cure it.

Image Handler2 is installed, and I've switched to Classic ... still no images. What do you think?
