Need Help, Cant get to Admin side

Hello everyone. I tried logging into my stores today to make some changes and I ran into the following error message:

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[delete from ssh_db_cache]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Both of my stores are doing this. Now just a few days ago I ran the install script on both stores to ONLY change the table prefixes so I could merge both databases into one.

The frontends seem to be working fine, no troubles that I can see or uncover. I check the database and the db_cache is there for both databases, the ssh_ is my table prefix for one of the stores.

Can anyone please offere some help, I have a lot of time invested in getting this all set up with the learning process, styling, configuration and all that and I hate to loose all this. I would grately appreciate any assistance.

Nevermind, I figured out what it was. Apparently the configuration file for the admin side still had the old database names in it, I changed that and all is well, I can log in again. Whew!

I guess that would be one to add to the help file or something, if you change the table prefixes using the install script then you should change the admin configuration file to reflect the changes.
