One price -multiple choice styles

I'm trying to price a product and don't know how to proceed. My client sells a unit package of 4 items. There are 5 styles to choose from, and the customer can choose which 4 styles they want in their package. How can I do that? Thanks. Linda

You could use checkboxes ...

However, there isn't a test, at this time, for ensuring the right number of checkboxes are selected ...
