Some Product Images Only Showing Title!?!??!

Have been loading up products for the last few weeks and suddenly two product images won't show, no red X or nothing, the title is just printed out as if it was the pic.
Shows like this in category view and in product details.
The image titles are fairly long, would this affect it?
Dunno if oit makes any difference, Have IH2 installed but its not doing anything cos I changed the small image size and apparently that irreversibly mucks it up, would this affect it?

Well Changing the image title to be shorter worked on both of them, but they seemed to have different limits. I only chopped of the end of one file name, but I had to really shorten down the second one before it would work...
