Product image and Product Description

Product images are not displayed. However, the image is there in the server and the directory is set to chmod=777.

Also, is there a way to have a short product description and a long product description?

Is it possible to have the 2 or 3 products in the same row?

Have you tried changing the chmod using a different program than what you did? Sometimes changing the chmod in a particular program might not work, even though it says it does.

Other than that, you may want to contact your host and see what's up...could be something on their end that is causing the problem.

Have you tried a different directory? Uploads is for uploads from the website, not for product images.

I think you have to upload your images to the Main Directory - you'll then see them. I had the same problem and it was sorted once I loaded my images on to the Main Directory.

Having said that, I'm not sure if this is the correct thing to do, as none of my uploads get picked up unless I upload them to the main directory. Maybe one the experts could shed a bit more light onto this - ie. why don't images get picked up unless they're in the Main Directory?

Hello, I've solve that issue. I called my hosting provider and they figured out that was a problem there.

However, I've got another problem now. I've downloaded a template from www.zencart.com. The home page looks good, however if you click on a category you'll notice that the right boxes just mess up. Here's the link: www.hospedar-sites.com/zenc
