coupon creation

Hai,
I want to create a coupon with following features , how can i do this?

discounts 20% and free shipping if order total is more than $75

Please help me

Discount Coupons are for an Amount, a Percentage or Free Shipping ...

You cannot use both Free Shipping and the other two options ...
