Blank Install Page

When I try to access www.blumenhof.com/catalog/zc_install/index.php all I get is a blank page. I can't seem to find a solution to this problem, and neither can my hosting company. Uploaded several times with FileZilla, so a bad upload is likely out of the question. Any suggestions?

Another option is to rename the /zc_install to /zc_install_BROKEN and then reload it ...

Blank pages are usually caused by bad or corrupt files or by permission issues on the files or directories ...
