Banners going Wonky (1.3.0.2)

Hi,
For over a week now I thought it was me, just getting confused. I had two groups of banners, but sometimes both banner positions would show the same banner, sometimes they would (I thought) put the wrong banners in the wrong positions, ie the one in the top group would show up in the bottom group. ??
Well, I talked to the lady that set my site up in the first place, she agreed, this was very weird. She installed this script fore fading banners, very cool. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's on the wrong group.:blink: After a week of this, I'm getting so stumped, I'm finding it kind of funny. There is no rhyme or reason to these banners. I mean, it's serious, cause I have paid advertisers, but I've gotton to the point of laugh or cry I guess!:wacko:

Does it work properly without the add on script installed?

No. The script makes what's there work better though. I even get more different banners with it. Very weird.:no:
