Free Shipping for Priority Mail, but UPS methods extra

We are running a special on several products ... free shipping for a limited time ... however the free shipping only applies to priority mail postal service.

What if my customer wants a more premium service such as UPS methods? How can i integrate the UPS shipipng module, too?

basically what I want is on checkout, you can choose the freeshipping option which is priority mail... or you can choose ups methods, ground, next day, 2nd day, etc etc

Is this possible?

Thanks!
