hence need to call via java script

Your friend should have supplied you with EXACT width and height of swf file.
Without both, not possible to configure movie code...

Re: Flash header help please

tpl_header.php the only file i have to add the codes too
You should have that file in includes/templates/Series_12_Camera/common/
and code I laid out in previous post, goes into that tpl_header.php file.
As always, BACK UP any files BEFORE altering...

Visited site at www.inkandcables.co.uk
View source in browser... none of the code I gave you is shown, so
which tpl_header.php file did you alter??

Re: Flash header help please

/www/includes/templates/Series_12_Camera/common/
If you placed the code I gave you into /www/includes/templates/Series_12_Camera/common/tpl_header.php and uploaded that file into correct folder, via ftp, to your site, then it should work.. Your site is currently in maintenance mode, so this may be affecting template...otherwise no idea why flash.swf is not showing..

Yes, even though out of maintenance mode, the code I gave you is still
not showing when viewing source via browser.. without actually looking at
your files, via ftp, on server, not possible to proceed further... sorry

Re: Flash header help please

In the above discussions, we assumed all conditions according to the design of Zen Cart.

But the problem may be due to your current template files after modifications or the design.

With the code provided by misty, I had tried the remote test and direct injected the codes into your site and the flash works.

If your file saved in the correct dirctory and according to misty's instructions, then you should compare the files in the
includes/templates/Series_12_Camera/common/.
and with the original from Zen Cart
includes/templates/template_default/common/.

To check for that if there are any differents, may be your template files are modified or hard coded for its own use.
