My banners have disappeared

I had an AdSense html banner in one of my sideboxes, and a banner at the bottom of the page, but both have disappeared. I can't bring them back with the Banner Manager, and I don't know what to tweak in the stylesheets (or whereever it is that the on/off switch for banners lives).
Any thoughts?

Ok, I tried to reload my banner graphic and now I get an error message that says,

0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
Worse yet, when I press the BACK button, I get the same error message.

What gives?

Seems to be working now... Host hiccup?
