"Conditions Not Accepted" with Javascript Validation

I enable the "I accept the agreement" box during checkout.

However the checkbox is not validated by javascript like the credit card number field...

How can I get it to validate with javascript? I need it to be like to be compliance with USAePay.

I fixed it.

I typed:

"false"
instead of
false

That was the problem.
