Banner 4 position bottom

Can someone please help me to align the Banner 4 so that it always appear at the bottom of the column.

i.e. i want it to appear 20px higher than navSupp ul in all cases for example on the home page with the contents is shorter than the sideboxes or on the products listing where the content is longer than the sideboxes.

Sorry for the dumb questions, i am a newbie to coding and zencart.
