Shipping according to product size?

My client sells a wide variety of tools and power tools and wants shipping to be based on size as follows:-

Postage - £5.00
Parcel - £10.00
Package - £15.00
Long - £20.00
Pallet - £30.00

How would I set this up on Zen Cart?

There must be someone clever enough to figure this one out? Any help much appreciated. It's the final hurdle to getting this site live so i'm pretty desperate to find a solution.

How do you plan to define those to know when to select what and where?

Customer buys 1 power tool ...

Customer buys 12 power tools and a screw driver ...

Customer selects Postage ... :eek:

Perhaps you could define the specs in a bit more detail? :smile:
