Error message when I add a product??

Hello,

I have spent the past 2 weeks plus setting up my store. I am not ready to add my products. However, once add a product to a catagory that pade is no long abailable on the www. The page goes white with this message

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/upscaler/public_html/includes/languages/english/index.php:117) in /home/upscaler/public_html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 41

I can add the product, preview in admin -but it is not viewable on my site. I have not been able to add any products. This happened on the first one i tried to add.

If i delete the product the catagory is viewable again. This happens even if i do not add a discription (deleted my HTML), picture, title - it does not matter. The very addition of a product creates this error.

Please help me!!!

Re: Error message when I add a product??

You have space(s) or blank line(s) on your language file after the ?>

That is a common php error ...

Remove the space(s) or blank line(s) and all will be right in the world ...

Re: Error message when I add a product??

Most welcome ...

A cruise through the FAQs or Wiki or even a stroll through the Search would have located that fix for you ...

Many errors are scarier than they really are ... it just looks scary because one minute the site was fine the next ... crash ... bang! ... boom!! smash! ... errors everywhere ... children crying ... dogs barking ... mother screaming ...

er ... umm ... sorry about that ... it is just a php error ... and most of them have been posted at one time or another here or even try to google it ...
