order tax not calculating correctly
i'm not sure what i have set up incorrectly, but my order is not calculating correctly. the tax is off. i have free shipping for orders over $150 set up under order total > shipping. i also have a 10% discount code for any orders. (The tax seems to perform correctly when no discount code is applied)

Shipping:$0.00
TX TAX 8.25%: $17.16
Total:$251.16
