Run before i can walk :)

Hi i purchased a $175 Zen template yesterday and followed the instructions to the letter. I have Zen Cart installed and working fully i uploaded the templates as stated but when i followed instruction 5 "Once you have go to http://{www.clicspecs.com}. Make sure the template is installed correctly" I get server not found. If i put in http://clicspecs.com/zencart/ i get the default Zen page or 50% of the time an error " Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /hsphere/local/home/dalehol0/clicspecs.com/zencart/includes/classes/category_tree.php on line 68"

The templates purchased from Monster do not show up can you explain what is wrong and how should i install it so the templates work correctly.:schmoll:

Sorry- but we do not support the problms caused by Template Monster Templates. You need to talk to them.

Not really that helpful they told me to come here. They said its a Zen Cart issue not their templates ???:down:
