Free shipping... but paypal adds extra?
Hi all,
I have finally set up some products and have been testing it out before I add more. Everything seems to be fine, until I get to the Paypal page and gives me a summary of the total and asking you for your details.
My site sells virtual products, never a shipping fee required, and all options I have changed to accomodate this. However, once I click on "confirm this order" in section 3 of the check-out process, Paypal seems to add a Postage&Packing fee(same as shipping) on top of the total that was listed on my site.
Here are my settings in admin:
Config > Shipping/Packaging:
Country of Origin : UK
Postal Code: UK postal code
Enter the Max....ship: 10000(did this to be safe, tried it with 0 before)
Package Tare: 0:0
Larger packages: 0:0
Display Number: 0
Order Free Shipping: 1
Shipping Estimator: 0
Modules > Shipping modules:
Flate rate: false
Free shipping options: not yet installed
FREE SHIPPING!: true
Per Item: false
Per unit: not yet installed
Store pick-up: false
Last 4 options are also uninstalled
(since Virtual Products, I doubt I need them)
Module > Order Total Modules:
Low Order fee: Ths is set at 10% for order under X. This IS shown before getting to Paypal's section, and calculates correctly every time.
Shipping: true
I really cannot suss out the problem, or find any tutorials going in more depth, have also checked other questions asked but I guess I am still new to all this. Is there something I need to change, or is this Paypal's evil doing? :no:
