Overseas Customers CANNOT make purchase
I have an order from the UK. It will not process beyond STEP 1 0f 3. I even tried myself using all his info and after going to his shopping cart, click on continue goes to step 1, then hit continue and it goes back to step 1. Will not go to step two for payment????? I then tried setting up a dummy user from the UK and SAME thing happened. Hit continue and won’t go beyond step 1, AND NO ERROR message, just returns to Step 1. Also a user from Australia said ZEN won’t take her postal code?? Any ideas?
