Problem Displaying Customer Greeting and Category on Main Page

I am unable to display BOTH the customer greeting and the CATEGORY on the index page.
When I use the following setting - I ONLY see the CATEGORY with all the products and NO Greeting Message.
Customer Greeting - Show on Index Page - 1
Categories - Always Show on Main Page - 1
Main Page - Opens with Category -4 or any other categoryID

I can display the Greeting Message with the following settings:
Customer Greeting - Show on Index Page - 1
Categories - Always Show on Main Page -0
Main Page - Opens with Category -4 or any other categoryID

I want to Display Both on the Home Page - Greeting Message First and then the Category with Product listing.

Figured out..here is the code
To display both Greeting and Product list on Main page – Modify tpl_index_product_list.php -

<h2 class="greeting"><?php echo zen_customer_greeting(); ?></h2>
<?php }} ?>

I'm with Zen Cart 1.3.8 but I can't find where to change tpl_index_product_list.php. :(
BTW I have same problem
