Spacing and header size

I'm having problems with making the headers the correct size. Refer to
http://ifeelfroosh.com/store/index.php . How do I get rid of the pink space above the "Categories" box? Also how do I get the "Bestsellers" header to be the same height as the "Home" header to the left of it?
