product description format text buttons missing?

I use older versions of ZenCart and they have formating options for product description. My new install when going to product description has no options for formatting the text? How do I get that back? Here is a screenshot.

in admin > config > My Store > HTML Editor > set to HTMLAREA

Thank You. I did change that setting thinking for sure that was it. Looked again and didn't fix it. This time changed the setting from HTMLAREA to PlainText and back to HTMLAREA and that fixed it. Thanks for the help. :smile:
