Attribute Confusion

I have spent the last six hours trying to make this work and failed far. I have tried the solutions from many threads but they don't work for my needs.

I am setting up a wholesale coffee site.

I have over 200 coffees.

Let's say I create the product page for Tanzania Peaberry.

It is available in a 12 ounce bag, a 1 lb bag, and a 5 pound bag.

The 12 oz bag costs 4.70

The 1 lb bag costs 5.70

The 5 lb bag costs 27.25

How do I set the attributes so a customer can buy 2 - 5 lb bags and 4 - 1 lb bags on the same page? I need three drop down boxes.

Also how can I display the three prices?

Is there a way I can say "As low as $5.25 a lb" if there is only one way to display the price?

Sorry, that functionality doesn't exist in Zen Cart at this time.
