I just installed this contribution and it works on testing but I see that the only way for the client to print the form is during the Order Confirmation page.

Is there any way to add a link to the printable form to the confirmation e-mail or to the order information in the account page?

If mod package was installed correctly (template files edited) the print fax form button appears on the checkout_success page. Also customer can find the print fax form button by logging into their account and viewing their order.

I did edit the template files (assuming I did it correctly but don't really know).

The print fax form button does appear on the checkout_success page but it does not appear on the customers account when viewing their order.

What part do I need to fix so that they can print the form from their account page?

Woody, you mentioned that you were thinking about adding the ability to show the entire order in the fax. Did this ever come about?

I'd sure love to have a fax with the customer info and order details.

Have the order number on the fax form but in the little bit of time I put into trying to figure out how to how add order details to the form I was not successful. Having difficulty composing the correct SQL.

The page I'm referring to here is /index.php?main_page=popup_ccbyfax

I have carefully installed this module. I have zen 1.38 and 1.8b of ccbyfax add-on.

However, When I click 'print' at checkout success page, i got error message: index.php?main_page=popup_ccbyfax page not found. I have triple checked that all files have been uploaded to the correct folder including tpl_main_page.php exists at \templates\template_default\popup_ccbyfax\ folder. What went wrong?
