Not getting order confirmation emails???
Hello
I have the older version of zen cart and have a small problem.
When some people place an order I get a payment confirmation email , but not an email stating the customers order. Most of the products I sell come under products with attributes and so I only get an idea of the item not the size and colour.
How can this problem occur and how can i solve it?
