Credit card declined when company is entered

Our website has zencart version 1.2.3 installed. Recently we changed hosting companies and find that customers that enter a company name will consistently have their credit card declined. Remove the company name from the primary address and the card and order is accepted. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

What payment method are you using ?

Maybe time to upgrade to version 1.3.6. !
