Would like to add a Recipes to my site: ideas?

Along with the products I sell, I would like to have a recipe index where customers can find recipes to use with the products they have/are purchasing. I would really just like them listed out without photos (and no "no photo" pic). I would also like the customers to be able to submit recipes of their own (which would need to be approved). I have found this a fun marketing tool for giveaways in past years.

any ideas?

I love the idea of adding additional content to the site - helps to make it more a destination than just a store. Good luck!
