How do you activate the contact form?

How do you activate the contact form?

As the title really.

I have searched and read but cant seem to find the answer.

There seems to be a contact page built in but i cant seem to find it.

The page itself can be found at :
http://YOURURL.COM/index.php?main_page=contact_us

If you can't find a navigation to it - it would be found in your information sidebox.

The information it uses to "contact you" is found under Configuration/My Store and you also have the ability to edit the contact page in the define pages editor.

Thanks for your reply but i see no where to activate this page?

I see the page in the define pages section but there is no form code just some paragraphs.

Can anyone help me?

why need to activate?
it's in the sidebox: "information.php"

I didnt like the information box so i added the link in the EZ pages box.
