Image Handler 2 Pop Up Appears All Over The Place

I have this strange problem. If you will go to my site in IE7 and go to the bottom of the page and hold your mouse pointer over an image the pop up image appears way up at the top of the page no where near where it is supposed to be. Any ideas?

I have turned off my image handler for now.
