Help! My IH2 Installation is Only Working Partially in v1.3.6

I am running ZC v1.3.6 and have been struggling with getting IH2 to work. My confusion is particularly in the modification of the files in \includes\modules and \includes\templates folders.

I've installed IH2 mod. according to the readme.txt and am able to add new images using IH2 Manager. I can see these newly added images in their small, medium, and large size within the IH2 Manager too.

However, when I try to view them at my online store, they do not appear. I looked for them in the images folders and they were not created. I also noted that the "delete" button does not appear under the large size images in the IH2 Manager for these newly added images while it does for older images I added prior to my upgrade to v1.3.6.

I hope the info. above is sufficient for someone to lead me the way. Alternatively, if someone wld be so kind as to email me a copy of their IH2 files (successfully installed into v1.3.6) from the above-mentioned folders? I wld be grateful.

Pardon me for the long posting, I only wish to provide as much constructive info. as possible. I need to get this mod. working. :down:

P.S. I have a custom template folder hence I need only to copy those files from the \includes\templates\template_custom\ right?
