I don't want any shipping or payment modules!

I am looking to use ZenCart as a way of a customer selecting a series of products then submit these for us to provide a quote. Is there a way of disabling all payment and shipping modules? i have tried and it keeps generating errors.

Set your site to catalog mode ?

The drawback to this is going to be that when you set your store to catalog mode people will not be able to "add to cart" at all but will instead get a "contact us for more info" message.

Hey thanks for the reply! Yeah I tried this, then realised they cant 'add-to-cart', which is kinda critical for what I'm doing. Im now going to acivate free shipping and 'cash on delivery' and then edit the php so that although they are there, it doesn't actually display the text to the customer! it's a kinda round-a-about way of doing it and it'll probably cause me to commit suicide but I'll give it a go! This man has a plan!

I actually do a LOT of {display: none} in templates to quickand dirty ;)

You might try that if you simply don't want something to show on the page.
