editing in dreamweaver - design mode

Hello,

We are trying to edit a "Zen Cart Template" from algozone.com with Dreamweaver MX2004 in "Design Mode".

We are running the latest version of Zen Cart....Is this possible? If so, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in Advance,
Leo

Re: editing in dreamweaver - design mode

It's not possible. To use a WYSIWYG editor (or Dreamweaver in this mode) you need a page layout that is mostly HTML or XHTML with PHP inserted. But Zen Cart works the other way around, the PHP generates the majority of the XHTML and so Dreamweaver's design view has very little of use to display and even files that have something useful, will represent only a small part of a finished page.
