Disable change shipping address

I would like to disable the option for a customer to select an alternate delivery address during checkout. I cannot seem to find where to do this, is there an option in the admin panel or do I need to alter a template? If so which template would I need to alter.

I've got to do this on our site. There are worries about shipping to alternate addresses being open to fraud, particularly if accompanied with a CC payment.

Can't see it anywhere in the ACP - looks like it needs to be a template mod?

If you set in the Configuration ... Maximum Values ...

Address Book Entries
Maximum address book entries a customer is allowed to have

to 1 then they get 1 address ... set to 5 they get 5 addresses ... set to 20 they get 20 addresses ...

Kind of a problem when Grandma wants to send Tiny Tim a new crutch, however, if there is only 1 address and Grandma lives in Florida and Tiny Tim lives in a little hut in the UK ... :eek:
