Help Fixing Customer Login Page

Hi,
I added a tax id field to my customer account and all of the account maintence pages. I have a problem where the actual text box for the tax id is next to my fax number. What file is this problem located in? I am still a beginner at this stuff.

I would look to the files that you have edited to add this first, and see if they also call other files i.e. tpl_???
