I have seen similar issues posted here, but

I haven't seen a solution yet.

I have v1.3.5 and a custom template giving a blank page when a customer selects "login"

If I change back to one of the classic templates - the login page displays the following:

<!-- function resetZoneSelected(theForm) { if (theForm.state.value != '') { theForm.zone_id.selectedIndex = '0'; if (theForm.zone_id.options.length > 0) { theForm.state.value = 'JS_STATE_SELECT'; } } } function update_zone(theForm) { var NumState = theForm.zone_id.options.length; var SelectedCountry = ""; while(NumState > 0) { NumState--; theForm.zone_id.options[NumState] = null; } SelectedCountry = theForm.zone_country_id.options[theForm.zone_country_id.selectedIndex].value; Any Idea what could be causing this error? Also - it is reported that the checkout button produced the same result, however, at this point I can't get there to check. <http://www.sonofthepharaoh.com/estoreonline> thanks.

Re: I have seen similar issues posted here, but

I would recommend that you upgrade to v1.3.6 ... there are a lot of issues fixed since v1.3.5 ...

That error looks like you may have corrupted a file with deleted/changed syntax and it is producing the error ...

Usually, an upgrade can fix those errors as well ...

Re: I have seen similar issues posted here, but

Thanks for the info. I plan to upgrade after the christmas season.

In the end the problem was identified as a java script error. Zach at opensourcehost was the tech that figured it out.

If you're looking for a hosting solution that includes zencart gurus, they are the answer.

Re: I have seen similar issues posted here, but

Note: I would really seriously consider an upgrade to v1.3.6 before the christmas rush ...

There were a number of updates made that will cause you problems and you may wish to upgrade before your busy season ...

Upgrade a test site with a test database with a copy of your live site in it to see how smooth this would be ...

It would really, really be a good idea ... really ... :lamo:
