Additional Order Status

How would I get a new order status which I named "Download Activated" to act like the "Update" order status?

I would like to use Download Activated on all the updated download orders.

Updated is technically just text ... what makes it work the way it does is that it is orders_status 4

This setting is in the Configuration ... Attribute Settings ...

You can change the settings to something else ... or just rename it from Update to Download Activated if you do not need Updated for any other purpose ...

I sell products and I want a new order status called "Shipped" that I can select in the order detail. I just can't find where to change this.

OK, I found it under Localization - Order Status. Just didn't look logical to look there. Oh well....
