Newbie and totally lost

Hello,
I think I need some assistance, as I am pre-novice in ZenCart, and also my English is rather poor,.. sorry...so would like to get some test help if possible .

I tried to test my new shop and got some error messages when placed a new order of free product for download... like: we do not accept any payment of your zone, and also "Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in scrapbutic/includes/classes/class,phpmailer.php on line 439 , 448; Cannot modify header information headers already sendby....
has got in email my test-order confirmation, but download does not work (403)
May I ask somebody to test my shop and direct me how can correct it..

I installed free charge card module, and it resolved the mistake on payment.
Thanks for link too, I think my download setup is correct, followed as there is written, file name, attributes ect...
After the last step of checkout got error warning again, about security reason. If I'd to see my testorder, have to sign in again... I supposed that after last chekcout can go back automatically to the order.
I singed in again, order seems to be correct, but pushing the download button got error message again "403 you have no rigth to access the site"
Do I get these because of demo or something else...

As cannot duplicate your problem, and my knowledge of your webhost
is nil, suggest you contact them or hopefully another member here can shed some light on way forward for you

I've talk to my webhost, they promised to controll the warning message on security, they have Linux server, also sugested to do chmod via my FTP ....
still I do not know what I have to change to what...
I installed demo on my shop, made all demo products disable, added mines.... Was it wrong, as I'd install without demo?

I have to wait the responds....

Is your zip file in correct folder i.e. /download?
Is it named correctly i.e. all lower case, no hyphens i.e. testfile1.zip?
In attributes, item with zip file, is there a green light against zip file?

Yes, they are there.... only difference is that on the host side I do not see .htacces files, I am sure that uploaded all files correctly, I have same dir/subdir structures on my pc...
I tested , wrote into my browser full path to zip file on the net, dl works, file is correct. The host recently has not file size or file type limitation.

Yes , all lowercase, any hypen, spaces, accent letters, special characters,.. I always use only: filename_01.zip or filename_02.zip

Yes, there is the green light, and download option is 7days 5 times, order status is processing, can change yellow to green if dl over 5 or give +1 day

I'll change numberred filenames.
I used _ character, because in the demo there are: "ms_word_sample.zip and pdf_sample.zip ", and supposed this is the only accepted special character in file names.

I made a screenshot about the warning message here, that is what I got after last checkingout of the order. I also send it to my host, but still have not got their respond...

You might also want to ask your host about 'ini_set is disabled for security reasons' - it looks like they might have tightened up security on the server.
