Another question...orders not showing up in admin panel

Okay, a client of mine was having issues with orders not coming back after payment was made, the old paypal IPN problem and it started suddenly for no apparent reason when no changes had been made. So, she was running 1.3.2 and I went ahead and upgraded her to 1.3.6. We also uninstalled and reinstalled the paypal module. Well, now when the customer comes back, they have their download links, but there is no trace of the order anywhere. I remembered an issue with the metatags file some time back, so I even made sure to copy the new one to my custom folder.

Any ideas?

Okay, scratch that...it's still not coming back at all. The downloads it took me to were from a previous order, not the new one. So, is this just another Paypal IPN issue? We've upgraded, uninstalled and reinstalled the paypal module, using a different paypal account so she just added the info to her paypal account per the instructions in Zen...still, the orders are not being processed. What do you think?
