Showing "Starting From" in the Product Display Page

I seem to have a problem opposite of everyone else. I have a site selling travel products such as hotel accommodations and packaged safari tours. I have a custom designed attributes plug-in that takes care of the pricing issues because prices for products change with the season. In some cases, prices change every month. For purposes of comparison, I would like to show the lowest possible price for a product but it needs to be clear that this is based on per person sharing a twin/double rooms and in the lowest season. For this, I want my price to show "Starting from ".

When setting up the product, I check 'priced by attributes' which should trigger this. But I still don't get it.

Price by attributes is for when you set a product up with a price of $0.00 and the attributes control the final price. Using attributes normally with the price changes used to "adjust" a standard price is what triggers the "starting at"

Thanks, Tina. That makes sense. However, the plug-in that mangages my prices does not reflect any price on the display if I have a zero value to start. It ignores the value I may put in as a product price. Is there a way to add the words "Starting From" in that layout? I am not sure which line of code I would need to amend for that.
